Refund & Revision Policy
1. Custom work policy
Because each order is a personalized custom digital product, completed or substantially completed work is generally non-refundable.
2. Revisions
Customers may request revisions through the provided review process before final approval. Revision requests should clearly describe the changes needed so the team can respond efficiently.
3. Before work begins
If an order must be canceled before meaningful custom work begins, Heart and Harmony Studio may offer a partial or full refund at its discretion.
4. Delivery issues
If there is a technical delivery problem, we will work to correct it by re-sending access, updating the dashboard, or restoring the download flow before discussing refund options.
5. Express service
Express add-on fees reserve priority handling time. If an express order has already entered production, the express fee may not be refundable.
