Terms of Service
1. Overview
Heart and Harmony Studio creates custom personalized songs based on the information customers provide. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Custom digital product
Each song is a custom digital product created for a specific customer request. Because the work is personalized, timelines, revisions, and final delivery depend on the information submitted and the production workflow.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for making sure the names, stories, phrases, and contact details you provide are accurate and that you have the right to share any personal details, requested references, or submitted material.
4. Revisions and approval
Customers receive a review opportunity before final approval. Reasonable revision requests are supported within the workflow shown in the app. Once a song is approved, it is treated as final delivery unless Heart and Harmony Studio agrees otherwise.
5. Delivery
Final songs are delivered digitally through the customer dashboard, private review links, or other delivery methods described in the service flow. Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their delivered files.
6. Payments
Prices, turnaround times, and add-ons shown on the website may change over time. Orders are not considered fully active until payment is completed where required by the checkout flow.
7. Intellectual property and use
Unless otherwise stated in writing, delivered songs are intended for personal use, gifting, and private sharing. Commercial use, public advertising use, resale, or sublicensing may require separate written permission.
8. Service limitations
Heart and Harmony Studio may refuse requests that are abusive, infringing, unsafe, unlawful, or impossible to complete within the service model. We do not guarantee uninterrupted site availability or error-free third-party services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heart and Harmony Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, delayed delivery, customer-provided information, or third-party platform interruptions.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
